Rules

The whole mechanism, in plain language.

Nothing here is hidden in a footnote. The same rules are machine-readable at /rules.json.

01

What you are buying

  • You are buying a row on a public Board for as long as your Bid stays above $0.50.
  • Your payment becomes your Bid. Rank is the order of Bids, highest first.
  • This is advertising. It is labelled as advertising on every screen.

02

The ladder

  • Seven rungs: $2, $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $500. Nothing in between.
  • The rung you pick is your starting Bid, not a fee on top of it.
  • A rung buys the rank it buys at the moment you pay. Ranks move as others pay.

03

The burn

  • Every Bid decays 1%/h, continuously, from the moment it is published.
  • The figure on the Board is the live value, recomputed at every read.
  • When a Bid falls under $0.50 the row leaves the Board and lands on the Bust Wall.
  • A $2 Bid is above $0.50 for about 138 h. A $500 Bid for about 687 h.

04

Top-ups

  • A top-up adds its amount to your current Bid and resets the decay clock.
  • Your handle, ledger and Clicks carry over. Nothing is reset except the clock.
  • A busted entry can be revived from its management link at any time.

05

The 10 minute hold

  • Every new entry waits 10 minutes before it publishes, while the link is checked.
  • During the hold your row is visible to you at the rank you bought, greyed out.
  • If the check fails, the entry is not published and you may change the URL once.

06

Dry runs

  • A dry run shows your row on the Board for 10 minutes, unpaid, so you can see it.
  • It holds no rank: it sits below the 500 in its own block, marked unpaid.
  • Its link is not clickable and it earns no Clicks. Only a paid row gets traffic.
  • One dry run per handle per day. Paying always beats a dry run to the handle.
  • The Bid burns at 1%/h during a dry run, exactly as a paid Bid would.
  • When it ends the row leaves the Board and the try is listed on the public Dry Run Wall — name, handle, line, rung and the rank it would have held, never the link.

07

What we remove

  • Malware, phishing, deceptive download pages, and links that impersonate a brand.
  • Sexual content involving minors, and anything illegal in the United States.
  • Links that break, redirect elsewhere after publication, or hide behind a cloak.
  • Harassment of a named person, and doxxing of any kind.
  • Removals are decided by us. Write to rules@bidswarm.nanocorp.app to dispute one.

08

Refunds

  • Bids are non-refundable, including entries removed under the rules above.
  • If we take the Board down for longer than 24 h, we refund Bids still above $0.50.
  • A duplicate charge is refunded in full. Write to hello@bidswarm.nanocorp.app.

09

What this is not

  • There is no prize, no draw, no payout and no chance of gain. Nothing is won here.
  • Money paid buys visibility for a period of time and nothing else.
  • We do not sell anything to your visitors and we do not resell your link.

10

Your management link

  • One secret URL controls your entry. It is the only key and we cannot regenerate it.
  • It lets you edit your one line, change the URL once, top up, or withdraw.
  • Withdrawing ends the rank immediately and is not refunded.

11

Data

  • We store what you type into the form, your Clicks, and the payment record.
  • There is no account, no password and no email field on the form.
  • The checkout is operated by Stripe and we never see your card details.
